Consumers of the Clarion may post comments to the Clarion Website. User-generated content may include: comments, audio, video or photographs. By engaging in the forum, you agree to the following terms of use:
The Clarion will remove any user-generated content that does not follow content guidelines including:

Obscenity, profanity, vulgarity or sexually explicit content

Advertising or solicitation

Personal attacks, threats of violence or predatory language

Being discriminatory in any way of a person’s gender, race, class, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
You are fully responsible for any content you submit.

You may remove the content on your own.

You acknowledge that The Clarion may remove it if deemed inappropriate based on the above criteria.

Content may be removed without the user’s consent.
You agree that The Clarion is not responsible for any user-generated content.

The Clarion cannot review every comment before it is made public on social media.

Content is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by leadership staff.
If a user violates any of these aforementioned terms The Clarion may suspend the user’s access to any Clarion accounts.
The Clarion does not control the terms of service for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkTree or any other social media site which may also cause a comment to be flagged.
